APPEAL FOR A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT.

Krishan Sirimanne has been diagnosed for Focal Segmental Glumorities (FSG). Due to this unforeseen deficiency Krishan is now living with 18% to 20% of kidney function and diabetics. He has been referred to UCLA for kidney transplant with scheduled dialysis treatment.

Family member s of Krishan, are solemnly appealing to the public for a voluntary donor with the following physical conditions.

Blood Group - O Positive
Donor should not have Diabetes, High Blood Pressure or Obesity

Krishan had his primary education at S. Thomas Prep School, Kollupitiya, from 1970 to 1980 and graduated from S. Thomas College Mount Lavinia, in 1983. In 1990, he migrated to California, USA with his family. He is the only child of Kingsley and Joyce Sirimanne. Kinsley Sirimanne is also an old boy of S. Thomas College Mount Lavinia from 1946 to 1957.

Krishan is married with three children with the eldest 13 and the youngest 6 years old. Currently he is the Vice President of Risk Management Department of East West Bank in California.
